3. Renderings & Artist Impressions - Disclaimer

All art renderings, illustrations, photographs and pictures on this website are an artist's impression only and should not be construed to be the final image/view of the final project. The project is under evolution; there is a possibility that certain changes may occur. Every interested buyer should take note of this express representation. T & C apply. 5. Enquiries & Bookings

Enquiries submitted through the website or any other channel are informational requests only - they do not constitute an offer, reservation, or binding contract to sell, lease, or transfer any property. Any formal booking of a villa, apartment, or resort residence at Misty Hills is subject to:

• Execution of a formal Agreement for Sale in accordance with the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and applicable rules;
• Payment of the applicable booking amount and consideration as per the payment schedule;
• Fulfilment of KYC and other legal due-diligence requirements.

Pricing, availability, unit specifications, amenities, and offers are subject to change without notice at the developer's discretion, until confirmed in the executed Agreement for Sale.

6. Payment Terms

Detailed payment terms, milestones, taxes (GST as applicable), maintenance charges, and other financial obligations will be specified in the formal Agreement for Sale and applicable ancillary documents. Nothing on this website constitutes a definitive statement of price or financial terms.

7. Third-Party Links
